Very friendly and understanding, Dr Lord filled me with hope to finding out what is going on with my condition and I am hopefully for a treatment plan from it.

I was literally going crazy with the itchy irritation. The symptoms just got worse and worse until I was raw and bleeding. Dr Lord was calm, honest, upfront and funny. She reassured me, prescribed an anti fungal, antibiotic cream. Day 3 of meds and feeling better!

I was having concerns with my coil placement that was done elsewhere. Dr Lord talked me through the whole process, ensured i was relaxed and went at my pace. I left the appointment feeling so much better and with a full plan on how to check my coil and the stress was lifted!

Dr Emily was absolutely brilliant and very kind, she answered all my queries and provided me with the answers and solutions I exactly needed. I wish her nothing but the best.
