From booking, via the top doctors platform over the New Year holiday, to consultation everything was very good. I felt I had sufficient time to discuss my problem, I did not feel rushed. The outcome of my appointment put my mind at rest about my 9 week problem with my voice.

Mr Abdul Qureshi was very welcoming and friendly, immediately putting me at ease. He was extremely thorough and recommended me to have various tests and scans to rule things out. He was extremely efficient and kind throughout this process. I would recommend him to others.

Appointment was running slightly behind but this wasn't an issue. All staff on site were friendly & welcoming. My Doctor was very professional, apologised for the slight delay. Was thorough during my examination & reassuring with diagnosis. Very happy with the service i received!

The planned process and procedure was explained verbally but a document to back this up would have been reassuring. The secretarial back up was very efficient.
