Who can nominate?
We invite all registered doctors and specialists to participate in the nomination process. As medical professionals, your understanding and expertise helps to identify those who deserve recognition for their outstanding services. You do not have to be a member of Top Doctors to put your recommendation forward. To access the nominations page and to help us verify that only registered doctors participate, a valid email is required along with your GMC/GDC number. Your information will be treated with the utmost confidentiality, and we do not publish your data or share it with third parties.
Who should I nominate?
We ask you, as medical professionals, to nominate who you would choose to go to if you, or a loved one, were faced with a medical problem. Doctors, specialists and medical teams are not only identified by Top Doctors for their vast experience, skill and abilities, but also for the time they take with each patient and the level of attention and care they are able to provide – so we ask you to do the same. A doctor cannot nominate themselves, and recommendations are subject to scrutiny. Any falsified or fraudulent nominations will be disqualified.
When can I nominate?
Nominations are open throughout the year in the "Nominate doctors" section. Only votes received before 31st October will be counted towards the current year for the Top Doctors Awards.
Top Doctors Awards
Those who receive the highest number of nominations year-round will be considered for the ‘Doctor of the Year’ at the Top Doctors Awards 2024, celebrating the best in healthcare.
