Me and my son were with a bigger franchise opticians but moved because they were really rude and had no patients towards my son. We moved to Chase Eyecare because my sister recommended them to me. I am so glad i did, every member of staff are so helpful and friendly. Mr Shakeel Puri really goes above and beyond and my son is so much more relaxed here. He has always been anxious about having his eye test because past experiences but here they're so patient with him and he has a laugh with Mr Shakeel Puri. My son is so chilled out now and looks forward to his eye test. We both enjoy our experiences here. We will never go anywhere else now.

Staff are amazing friendly and the eye tests every easy and Mr Shakeel Puri is very sincere, makes you very relaxed and goes above and beyond to talk and explain everything. I would 100% recommend chase eye care. Prices are very affordable for all families. Even was offered coffee ,biscuits and treats. Very friendly atmosphere and very professional

Fantastic experience by a top notch professional, Mr Shakeel Puri. I recommend anyone of any age with any eye problems to consult professionals at Chase Eyecare. I was seen very quickly after I was sent by emergency NHS Eye care, WELL DONE to the whole team, loved the coffee it's divine. I will come here with my family for any further eye care as it was much better than all my previous Optician/Optometrist. Five stars Practice.
