I recently had an appointment with Miss Victoria Alexander. I was rather apprehensive about the appointment and I was grateful for Miss Alexander's calm and reassuring manner.

She made me feel relaxed, listened to my issues and made the treatment options very clear. She put me under no pressure to decide, the decision was left to me. I was confident that she understood how I felt and she was very professional. I would be happy to see her again.
