I was impressed by the fact that all necessary tests were carried out at my first appointment at the Lytham Surgery. It would have been better not to have gone to the first appointment at The Spire but to have been booked in at Lytham initially.

I’m very busy. The whole process was quick and efficient. Hospital care first class. I’m not insured - was a fixed fee and no extras. Satisfied.
