I recently embarked on a journey, driving 2.5 hours to take my 2-year-old son to see Mr. Kuo, who came highly recommended. Upon arriving, I was pleasantly surprised by how wonderful he was with my son, demonstrating patience and warmth that truly put us both at ease. Mr. Kuo's ability to engage with my son was astonishing, and his expertise in handling young children was evident from the very start. By the end of our visit, I felt reassured that I had made the right decision in seeing him. If the situation ever arises where we need his assistance again, I would not hesitate to make the long drive once more. Not only was he kind and patient, but his extensive knowledge in his field was truly impressive. It is a small price to pay for the peace of mind and incredible support provided by such a caring professional.

We cannot recommend enough. Mr Kuo was brilliant, from the initial consultation to the after care of them procedure. Mr Kuo was friendly towards our son and made him feel very comfortable, explained everything so that my 4 year old could understand. 10/10 from us!

Amazing surgeon, was wonderful with my daughter and with us. She’s a whole new person with almost no pain post procedure apart from directly after (which is fully expected) and we are so pleased about her recovery so far.

Mr Kuo was lovely with our daughter, who had glue ear. He is very friendly and approachable, and our 18m daughter was not intimidated at all. Following the diagnosis, Mr Kuo managed to fit her into a list the following weekend for grommets. Amazing experience.
