Dr Coull was very good at understanding the issue, explaining things in a meaningful way and putting me at ease. Given the sensitive nature of the issue, it was far from embarrassing to have to go through thanks to her very relaxing approach to the subject.

I would definitely recommend Miss Coull, if you are in need of a urologist. She listened to my description of my problems, gave a realist considered opinion and advised me of my options. I am happy to say, my condition is greatly improved and am glad that I took her advice. An embarrassing topic was treated with consideration putting me at my ease.

Miss Coull is very knowledgeable about her area. She listens attentively and very much puts you at ease. She is considered, measured and empathetic to patients and is very good at distilling information in a digestible manner. She is also very realistic about possible treatments and explains fully any implications this might have. Would definitely recommend her.

Dr Coull was excellent when I saw her today. Very understanding, a great listener and I felt immediately at ease. She was very thorough and explained everything simply to me in a way I could understand. Would recommend her to anyone who needs to see an urologist.

I am so grateful to have found such an amazing consultant. Nadine takes the time to fully understand what you are experiencing and is incredibly compassionate and took time to listen to my concerns. I immediately felt at ease! Nadine explained all my options in a simple to understand way so I could make an informed decision. Her PA, Alice, is fantastic! So lovely to deal with: polite, friendly and so well organised. I would have no hesitation recommending Nadine and her team.

I feel extremely fortunate to have found such a fantastic, truly professional and compassionate consultant who does understand what you are experiencing. Nadine immediately puts you at ease, listens to all your concerns and fully explains the treatment options. I would have no hesitation in recommending Nadine and have in fact already done so. I would also like to thank her Personal Assistant, Alice who represents Nadine Coull so professionally and is an true asset. Mrs.Coull very quickly put me at ease with her cheerful and professional demeanour. She listened intently to what I had to say and then gave me a clear and concise summing up of my debility . Mrs.Coull showed great empathy not only for my debility but also as I suffer from health anxiety, she was understanding and sympathetic. I had a query when I received my letter regarding the consultation, this was answered almost immediately through her P.A. which was immensely helpful and professional.

I can highly recommend Nadine Coull, who I have been seeing over a period of 5 years (to the point now where my condition is much improved/under control). Her manner throughout has been totally professional and reassuring, friendly and communicative From our first meeting onwards I have felt complete trust in her judgement, advice and care for me. She is a very good listener and has always been ready to answer my questions and make me feel at ease; in the event of further issues in the future I would no hesitation in seeking further help from her. As others have mentioned, I really appreciate that Nadine always makes the effort to come and meet me in person at the hospital reception for each appointment. It is also worth mentioning that Nadine's PA, Alice is also very helpful, friendly and professional for appointments/follow up.

I would absolutley highly recommend Nadine, who I have always found to be extremely professional. I have visited her a couple of times over the last 4 yrs, she is very caring and a great communicator. I initially saw Nadine for a second opinion regarding the cause of my Hematuria. Now, I wouldn't see any other Urologist. I've had a few procedures with her now 2 Flexible Cystoscopys with local anaesthesia and recently a Rigid Cystoscopy with Urethral Dilation under general anaesthesia. She was excellent at explaining everything in enough detail so you'd understand exactly what was going to happen and what to expect. Furthermore, her bedside manner was very much appreciated which in my opinion is a very important aspect given the sensitive nature of any Urology issue.

i have seen Mrs Coull twice, once for initial consultation and then for a cystoscopy and found her to be very pleasant. She explained everything to me then and the procedure was carried out with minimal discomfort.

I had been unwell for a few months before I went to see Miss Coull. She listened to me and examined me and nothing seemed rushed. She was very nice to talk to and put me at ease. The treatment she suggested worked and I'm feeling better now.

I found Mrs Coull be be totally approachable from the outset. She comes over at being totally concerned, explaining things and communicating at your level in a totally natural way. I place upmost trust in what she says to me and her advice comes over in an extremely reassuring way.
