Mr Paul Tulley is an exceptionally experienced and esteemed consultant plastic, reconstructive and cosmetic surgeon based in London, currently principally practicing on Harley Street. He is well-versed in all aspects of plastic surgery, specialising in a diverse array of procedures, such as facelifts, breast augmentation and rhinoplasty.
