Mr Horgan was recommended to me by a good friend. I needed my cataracts removed. I have now had both eyes operated on and the results are better than I expected. I now no longer need glasses at all whereas previously I required glasses for both reading and distance. Me Horgan is very professional and very organised and his supporting staff are also very good. The instructions they provided were all written down and very clear. I highly recommend him to anyone.
