Dr Sofia Eriksson is a revered consultant neurologist and honorary associate professor at The National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery at Queen Square and University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. She also serves as the clinical lead for epilepsy and neurological sleep disorders at the hospital.

In 2019, Dr Eriksson was elected to the council of the Association of British Neurologists (ABN), where she also chairs the epilepsy expert panel. Dr Eriksson also specialises in neurological sleep disorders, including the assessment and treatment of excessive daytime sleepiness and paroxysmal nocturnal events such as sleepwalking and night terrors.
