This was an initial consultation with Dr. Charles Murray who was friendly, with an excellent and easy manner which made me feel comfortable, very at ease and listened to. He was thorough, attentive and reassuring, he gave me confidence in his care giving. He was totally professional and made me feel confident in his knowledge and expertise.
He explained everything thoroughly in terms of further tests and procedures moving forward

Dr Murray was great, from my initial consultation through to my procedure. He understood, reassured, carried out detailed testing all within the day and came back with the results. On the day of the procedure checked in with me prior to the sedation and again as soon as I was in recovery. Very caring empathetic and all the cliché words that go with how it should be.
I truly don't have any suggestions as to any suggestions on improvement. My entire experience was first class

I have total confidence in Dr Murray, he has a very easy manner which makes it easy to explain one's problem. It was refreshing to see a Consultant who had read my notes before I entered the room for a consultation.

Mr Murray can’t be a better doctor than he is… he is compassionate and hard working. He is passionate about what he does and it truly shows in his work. I can not mention enough how kind he is and how empathetic he is to issues that may not be life threatening but he understands that pain is tough for the patient. He has gone above and beyond to help me understand why I’m having the pain I am and I truly and deeply trust him and have recommended him to many people I know.

Dr Charles Murray was friendly, courteous and helpful. He made me feel at ease , which helps a great deal if you know you will be under sedation. His entire team , including the anaesthetist, were as helpful and reassuring as one would have hoped they would be.
However, I had challenges setting up
“My Chart” and, as a result, have taken this long to give the feedback I should have given immediately after my treatment .
