The Birmingham Colorectal Clinic is a clinic founded and run by Mr David Mcarthur, a vastly experienced consultant colorectal, general and Laparoscopic surgeon at University Hospitals Birmingham NHS Trust. He specialises in the treatment and management of colorectal issues such as hernia, Inflammatory bowel disease, haemorrhoids, and bowel cancer.
Mr Mcarthur provides the highest quality, personalised surgical care, favouring minimally-invasive methods. He is a JAG-accredited colonoscopist and provides both diagnostic and therapeutic colonoscopy procedures.
Mr Mcarthur's research into the pathogenesis of colorectal cancer earned him an MD from the University of Warwick. He has also completed a fellowship in laparoscopic colorectal surgery
