My entire experience was a full 5 stars. From the ladies at the front desk to the attending nurses to the anaestheticist to the surgeon himself, everyone treated me with great care and respect. I was not misgendered once and everyone seemed to love their jobs. Thank you everyone!

I use they pronouns, & I was misgendered in a letter, but only once. I found Dr. Armstrong to be very straightforward in his approach, which I appreciated. The staff at Plymouth Nuffield have all been absolutely fantastic. The hospital was comfortable, clean, & well equipped.

Mr Armstrong + his assistant Kelly gave me exceptional care. During the appointment I didn’t come prepared with questions and post appointment I felt quite overwhelmed with information. I was able to email Kelly who spoke directly with Mr Armstrong who made contact with me.

Mr Armstrong was able to see me in plastics trauma clinic without any problems and had a definitive treatment straight away. Was very happy with the explanation of the procedure and treatment provided. Happy to be treated by Mr Armstrong again if ever my trigger finger comes back

We brought our 9 year old daughter to see Mr Armstrong for a congenital condition. He saw her really quickly and made her (and us) feel at ease quickly. He was friendly yet comprehensive and left us with a full understanding of the condition and options available. Great surgeon!
