Dr Ong was amazing, my case was urgent and he found time to see me quickly. All appointments and procedures were promptly scheduled. Dr Ong also contacted me to talk through my results, even though they were positive.

Dr Ong gives confidence with both diagnosis and treatment. He was very skilled, leaving a very neat and inconspicuous scar. I needed a letter for insurance purposes and Dr Ong provided it very quickly. I would highly recommend him.

Dr Ong couldn't have been more helpful or straightforward when diagnosing my father's skin cancer at One Hatfield. From diagnosis to excision took less than two hours, which was incredible. We feel fortunate to have met him and received his care. We recommend him wholeheartedly.

I approached Dr. Ong last week as had an urgent referral to look at two moles on my back. He was a pleasure to deal with, he checked various other moles on my body, excised two moles during the same appointment and sent for biopsy. I got results following week. Great care!

I highly recommend Dr Ong. He was clear and knowledgeable about potential diagnoses before the biopsy and did a beautiful job with the stitches to minimise any scarring. He and the nurse assisting put me at ease throughout the procedure and made me feel very comfortable.
