Parking is very poor. Overall very pleased with the department in particular the staff from receptionist to surgery team

After 30 years and three previous treatments for breast cancer under different surgeons and hospitals I say with absolute certainty that Mr Tafazal is outstanding. His charming and kind manner put me at ease. His skill, second to none, resulted in an outstanding outcome for me.

Brilliant doctor. Fantastic bed side manner. Put me at ease and explained everything so clearly.

Mr Tafazal and his team have been absolutely brilliant. The whole way through Mr Tafazal has given me reassurance and confidence despite my cancer diagnosis and answered all questions. Appointments were on time. Everyone in the team was kind, calm and helpful. My scars are v neat

Mr Tafazal and the Hereford team have provided a wonderful level of care, compassion and support. We could not have wished for a better experience at such a difficult time. My husband and I thank him from the bottom of our hearts. He is truly blessed with a wonderful talent.

The surgeon was kind and friendly. He was also reassuring and gentle. All much appreciated. He communicated effectively and was not at all intimidating. I came away happy with the experience and reassured that my care was in good hands.
