I was impressed with the experience from start to finish, and my wife, who came to collect me, loved the views of the garden. I don't think I have talked as much previously during surgery as both Jennifer and Harriet were very chatty, explaining clearly exactly what was going on.

Miss O'Neill was reassuring and professional during my plastic surgery to remove a squamous cell carcinoma on my face. She has given me the confidence of a successful excision with minimal scarring. She is a very caring professional doctor.

Dr O’Neill really spent time listening to us in consultation and explained in detail about the procedure needed. On the day of my operation the hospital team were great and looked after me and room was lovely. Dr O’Neill saw her on the day of surgery and answer queries.

I have had the pleasure of being a patient of Dr. Jennifer O’Neill. I came to her as a recommendation to having a mole on my back removed. At this time, I was a visitor to the UK. She was and still is an advocate for ongoing treatment following up on me a patient and then with the Dr’s and surgeons in Vancouver Canada where I reside.
