Overall, I am very happy with the care I received. My only points would be, I didn't actually meet my doctor until very recently despite being my doctor for 2 years. It would have been better to meet him before the procedures for me personally.

Mr Farid was incredibly professional and identified the effect my condition was having on my mental health and wellbeing and swiftly arranged for my operation to take place with excellent results where other Doctors were not prepared to be so proactive. Would highly recommend.

On the day of surgery, the gas/ heating for the building was faulty. So I was cold whilst waiting and post op’. But this was an unusual situation.
