Miss Biswas explained everything clearly and stated all risks, weighed out my options and listened to my wish. The staff were very friendly, especially the nurse that assisted me. The ladies toilet could use some cleaning, that would be the only suggestion.

Miss Biswas, was very friendly and made me feel at ease. She was professional through out and talked me through all results and the next steps. She ran on time for my appointment and felt genuinely listened to. Her secretary Callum was brilliant also with any questions I had.

The wait time was short. Reception staff were polite and welcoming. Dr Biswas made me feel very comfortable and at ease. She was also extremely thorough and helpful, which was fantastic.
