Mr. Srivistava and his team provided an outstanding level of care and warmth, giving me detailed answers to all of my queries; reassuring feedback to my family immediately after surgery; and a proficient mitral valve repair which hugely and speedily, improved my quality of life.

No problems at all, it all went according to plan Mr Strivastava is a brilliant surgeon, and also not forget his team, I couldn't fault anything

I underwent elective surgery to repair the Mitral and Tricuspid valves at the John Radcliffe Hospital, Oxford in November 2023. Mr Vivek Srivastava, the Consultant Cardiac Surgeon, and his team were excellent throughout, I am so grateful for their skilful work and aftercare.

I had open heart surgery done by Mr Strivastava and his team, they repaired 2 valves and got my heart back to a regular beat, top man and top team, no pain.

The wait time from diagnosis of the need for surgery (July 2022) and the operation taking place (April 2023) was quite long but in the current climate of under - resourced services understandable and in my case tolerable. Even so I feel I can't award five stars in this category.

I cannot speak highly enough of the excellent care I received from Mr. Srivastava when he performed quadruple heart bypass (CABG) on me at the Oxford Heart Centre. Every care was taken to explain the operation; the scars are minimal and healing quickly and I have not been in pain

I was referred to Mr Srivastava for surgery to repair my leaky mitral valve. This was of course a very daunting prospect however, upon first meeting Mr Srivastava I felt very much reassured that I was in the care of an ultimate professional. I had a heart problem. I was referring to John Radcliffe and after test was seen by Dr Srivastava he discussed my problem along with the treatment and the associated risks and benefit. This meeting left me in on doubt that this man was very skilled and really put my mind at rest
