The Pain Medicine Clinic at The Wellington Hospital, part of HCA Healthcare, is a service based in central London that specialises in acute pain after surgery, pain from cancer and pain that can't be treated by surgery or conventional medicines.

Complex nerve and spinal injuries, spinal problems that don't require surgery and back or neck pain, alongside a trapped nerve, sciatica and fibromyalgia are also treated by the clinic's experts. They are specialist consultants in the assessment and treatment of complex pain problems, offering cutting-edge treatment that include spinal cord stimulation, tumour ablation and neurolytic procedures.

Patients undergo a full assessment including imaging tests and scans when they begin their treatment at the Pain Medicine Clinic. These scans include MRI, CT and X-rays, alongside Ultrasound, Nerve Conduction Studies and Neurophysiology.
