The PNI Unit at The Wellington Hospital is a peripheral nerve injury unit based in central London, led by internationally-renowned neurosurgeon Mr Marco Sinisi. The unit, part of HCA Healthcare, specialises in adult brachial plexus injury, thoracic outlet syndrome and bone fractures, alongside lumbosacral plexus injury, persistent pain after a sports injury and neuropathic pain, among many other peripheral nerve conditions.

Mr Sinisi, alongside a team of rehabilitation specialists that includes physiotherapists, occupational therapists and hand therapists alongside neuropsychologists and specialist rehabilitative nurses, draws on ground-breaking research and uses the latest diagnostic technology and surgical techniques.
