Having struggled for many years I decided to go through BUPA to sort out my issues as little had resulted when dealing with the NHS. My first meeting with Mr Z El-Gizawy took place and he was a pleasure to speak with and he diagnosed my issues based on his extensive experience and knowledge. He took the time to explain options and the process and put me at ease. Following further discussions it was agreed that he would operate and an appointment was made in Birmingham. Mr Z El-Gizawy explained what the operation entailed and it was undertaken in a professional and caring way. He took the time to explain every step including the recovery. I had calls following the operation and also my follow-up appointment. Mr Z El-Gizawy is a kind, experienced and very knowledgeable gynecologist and I can't thank him enough for everything. I would highly recommend Mr Z El-Gizawy.

Dr Khemani is a professional doctor who is exceptional in care for toddlers and younger children as well as general ENT care for all ages. He made my son feel at ease. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr Khemani especially for adenoid and tonsil issues.

Mr Qureshi was very professional, a lovely doctor with a superb manner about him, he explained himself very well before and after surgery. I have been very happy with the whole service from my first initial assessment, surgery and follow-up appt. An excellent service all round.

Mr Sutton was my consultant/surgeon when I had a gastric sleeve. My surgery and care was phenomenal. I suffer with anxiety, he made me feel calm and reassured at all times. He’s down to earth, and takes pride in what he does, I highly recommend him to anyone wanting this surgery.
