Could you explain to us what are these products made of?
At our clinic, specialising in male sexual dysfunction and penis enlargement, we use dermal filler products containing hyaluronic acid (HA), a natural substance produced daily by the body known for its water-retaining properties. HA acts as an internal moisturiser, providing hydration and volume to all layers of tissue, effectively recontouring targeted areas.
Our penile enlargement procedure involves injecting a synthetic (non-animal) hyaluronic acid gel into the penis, instantly augmenting the girth of the shaft to enhance both flaccid and erect states. The filler is administered through two injection points using a cannula, allowing for precise distribution across the shaft in a fan-shaped pattern, thereby increasing the overall circumference evenly.
How much penis filler do I need for it to work?
The amount of filler administered is tailored to the desired girth enhancement while achieving a natural-looking result. Typically, initial treatments involve the use of 15–20 ml of product.

Does it hurt?

How long does it take?

What Is the recommended number of treatments?
After receiving the first treatment, it usually lasts 15-18 months. The patient can have a top-up when he feels the need to do so before this time.
Is there any downtime?
You can resume your regular activities right away with minimal downtime or recovery needed.
You should expect slight tenderness, bruising, or bleeding at the injection site, along with redness and swelling of the penis, which typically subside within 24 to 48 hours.
What is the post-treatment protocol?
No sexual intercourse to maintain the symmetry of the filler for 2-3 weeks.
No strenuous exercise, hot sauna, Jacuzzi, or hot bath for the first week.
The doctor will teach gentle, regular self-massaging techniques for you to carry out during the first week.
What kind of results can I expect?
You can anticipate a girth or circumference increase of around 10 to 15% through hyaluronic acid injections. With a higher volume of filler, this augmentation can reach 30 to 40%. Precision in augmentation ensures a natural, cylindrical appearance that is aesthetically pleasing. Longer penises may require more filler for the desired circumference enhancement.
Hyaluronic acid addition may also lead to a slight increase in flaccid penis length. The thick HA gel creates a scaffold-like structure within the penis, enhancing overall volume and reducing retraction or shrinkage between erect and flaccid states.
Results typically endure for 15 to 18 months as the filler gradually metabolises, halving in volume after a year. Subsequent treatments are necessary to sustain the outcome and overall size enhancement, although the amount of filler required in subsequent treatments is usually lessened.
