I have rated Mr. J. Rowe Excellent in every respect because my experience through him did in fact meet this high standard. He was most kind, helpful and caring and his Excellent “bedside manner” meant that I felt generally comfortable and relaxed.

Seen Mr Rowe for 2 treatments, one 9 years ago and in January 2022. An excellent experience and outcome on both occasions.

They day went really well. There was a lot of waiting due to scan etc but I was very well looked after by the team. Emma and Dan specifically were brilliant.

After travelling 2 hours to meet him, with intense pain and as a self funding patient, he only gave me 5 minutes of his time. Only talked about surgery when clearly I was upset, I just wanted some sort of answers or help. No empathy shown. Instead I left his office crying.

My treatment and my care was excellent. My doctor was attentive, patience and thorough. Dr Yianni explained the treatment throughly. The Doctor Yianni explained another appointment why another visit would be necessary for safety reasons. Many thanks.
