I had complex myomectomy surgery with Mr. Karoshi and Mr. Vivek Nama, and I am extremely happy with the level of care I received. From the pre-surgery conversation, both surgeons visited my hospital room to explain the procedure and address my concerns. I was meeting Mr. Vivek Nama for the first time and feeling very nervous, but their reassurance helped calm me. The surgery went smoothly, and I received numerous bedside visits from Mr. Karoshi each morning. His patience and care were incredible—I felt like I was his only patient! Even after I was discharged, Mr. Karoshi called to check in on my recovery, which was much better than I had expected. I attribute this smooth recovery to the excellent care I received. For anything fibroid-related, I highly recommend both Mr. Karoshi and Mr Nama. Thank you for your outstanding work—please continue making a difference!

I first reached out to Dr. Karoshi in September 2022 for a consultation on an adenomyosis that was diagnosed in Italy. After some tests that showed the possibility of a polyp, in November 2022 I had a hysteroscopy and the removal of the polyp. Since our first consultation Dr. Karoshi was extremely clear in his explanations and guided me through each step, always making sure that I was understanding correctly the process and what was about to happen. He was extremely thorough and caring at all times, he made me at ease in all of our consultations and also during the hysteroscopy. I always felt comfortable asking him questions if I had any.

Dr Karoshi is the most responsive and caring doctor in reproductive medicine that I have met. Unlike many of his colleagues, he does not seem to be driven primarily by maximising his profits and recommends least invasive and most cost efficient options.
