As often seems to be with the NHS, the staff (medical and otherwise) are wonderful, but the place is chaos and not managed. Mr Lamb appeared to be the only medic on duty, but there were 5(!) reception staff (not their fault) looking after about 4 patients. It must cost so much!!

Ben is, and will always be my hero. I count myself very lucky to have found him. I am 7 wks post robotic retzuis surgery. Never needed a pad and have great control. PSA 0.02 amazing result. Ben is caring, professional and a thoroughly nice guy. Can’t thank him enough
