I use they pronouns, & I was misgendered in a letter, but only once. I found Dr. Armstrong to be very straightforward in his approach, which I appreciated. The staff at Plymouth Nuffield have all been absolutely fantastic. The hospital was comfortable, clean, & well equipped.
