I was treated by Mr. Mustansir Alibhai for 3 wisdom tooth removal that required me going under a general anaesthesia and oral surgery. Mr. Alibhai was exceptionally kind and reassured me throughout the process where he was able to extend my hospital stay so the nurses could look after me. He was also very attentive, listened to all of my concerns, offered me options and was very caring pre and post-treatment. I didn’t feel alone, rather, I felt comforted which made the surgery and my healing process very easy which I don’t think would have been possible without the care. At first glance, Mr Van Heerwaarden seems to be a very nice man, prior to any surgery. Post-surgery, he will not communicate and hides behind the fact that he is not based in the UK. He will not communicate - nor correct the errors of his surgery and has crippled a patient.

It's a shame that there were no toilets on the floor I was visiting as having a bad hip, dealing with stairs is difficult. There was a lift but it would make sense to have consultation rooms for orthopaedic patients on the same floor as bathrooms.
