Absolutely the WORST doctor! DO NOT GO to her. Extremely rude and aggressive, and has NO knowledge. She is not doing ultrasound scans, not examining, just referring to other doctors which you have to pay separately. She spent 15min on Google looking for dosage for drug prescribed

I had my first appointment with Dr. Nav Johal for my 1-year-old son, who was diagnosed with hypospadias, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From the moment we walked in, Dr. Johal was clear, professional, and made us feel at ease. He took the time to thoroughly explain everything, ensuring I understood the condition and the treatment plan. His reassuring words gave us confidence, and he made us feel that everything will be okay moving forward. I left the appointment feeling relieved and supported, and I’m grateful for his expertise and care.

When I first saw Dr Sommerlad I thought 'what a beautiful smile'. She was very personable, professional and explained the diagnosis and treatment plan extremely well.
Reception area felt messy and the welcome a bit distracted, there is definitely room for improvement there.

Mr Pepper performed an adenoidectony and grommets for our two year old daughter. He was incredibly professional, kind and reassuring. He followed up multiple times after the op and squeezed us into a clinic to check on her progress. All the team at Portland were also brilliant.
