5 From initial consultation through to post operation support, Mr Alnajjar provided the highest standards of care and support. This was quite a complex operation but Mr Alnajjar made me feel at ease beforehand and checked in with me regularly during the recovery period. A. C

5 He did the ECG and it was fine , but he recommend an echocardiogram to really trump the ECG. That came back all clear. Letter was done on headed paper, stamped and emailed to me and printed out all in the appointment. Staff are lovely. His manner was kind and informative. thank u N. L

5 The Spire Hospital outpatients' reception is clearly in turmoil. The system of registering is chaotic, patients having to wait for their turn to register in a line by the front door with wind rushing in. Staff under a complete strain. The reception unable to take payments . R. W

5 As expected of a Harley St pratice, hosomewhere else .wever, I was told that I was would not be able to get a patch test done until March 2025 at the clinic. Therefore I will need to source somewhere else. G. B

5 Dr Pantelides did an absolutely brilliant job removing a skin tag from right next to my eye. There’s only a tiny hint of a scar. He was so friendly, informative and listened to my questions and concerns, responding with the info I needed promptly. Felt very well looked after! E. B

5 Meeting with Dr. Sadek was an absolutely fantastic experience. He has a wonderful bedside manner and listened to all my issues patiently, asking concise and thoughtful questions. He then clearly described the next steps in my treatment and diagnosed my (rather rare) condition perfectly. I have no complaints. He is what all doctors should strive to act like and was an absolute pleasure. O. S

5 Dr Walsh is incredibly professional and caring. I found some things difficult to talk about, but he was always patient and understanding. I was upset when I was diagnosed with ASD, but he helped me process it by clearly explaining what it meant. I highly recommend him. T. M
