1 Mr Brookes had no interest whatsoever. Response to my questions were either I don't know that or I've never heard of that. Made me feel like he wanted me out. I'd saved for an appointment and he had no interest in anything other than getting me out the room. K. V. D. V

5 I had my tonsils removed by Mr Hamilton. It was daunting but the whole team made it so easy. He is great, reassuring, and works with the loveliest nurses and anaesthetists. A. M. H
