Mr Asmat Din is a consultant plastic and reconstructive surgeon whose practice encompasses a broad range of plastic surgery, with a specialisation in microsurgical reconstruction of complex wounds caused by trauma, cancer, diabetes, vascular disease, and extended critical illnesses. Due to the intricate nature of his work, he collaborates closely with leading surgeons from various specialties, ensuring optimal outcomes for his patients in both aesthetics and function.
Mr Din completed his medical education at the University of Cambridge and the University of London, graduating with double distinction and earning multiple academic prizes. His robust training in plastic surgery was conducted at some of the UK’s busiest and most prestigious centers, culminating in specialized training across major London units. He further honed his skills through a Microsurgical Reconstruction Fellowship at St. Thomas’ Hospital, focusing on complex soft tissue reconstruction for both adults and children recovering from cancer or trauma.
He subsequently pursued a Trauma and Sarcoma Reconstruction Fellowship in Bristol, broadening his expertise in addressing challenging cases.
