Dr Danish Mazhar

Professional statement

Dr Danish Mazhar is a leading medical oncologist based in Cambridge at the Nuffield Health Cambridge Hospital. His specialties include prostate cancer, bladder cancer and testicular cancer. He is experienced in providing treatment, as well as supportive and palliative care. He qualified from the University of Oxford and did his clinical training in several London teaching hospitals. Following completion of his PhD, he was awarded the McElwain prize from the Association of Cancer Physicians and the Medical Research Society Young Researchers prize in oncology. He is still an active researcher and currently has a focus on studying urological cancers.
