Mr Dionysios Dennis Remoundos

Mr Dionysios Dennis Remoundos is a highly experienced and skilled consultant oncoplastic breast surgeon who specialises in breast cancer, breast reconstruction, breast reduction, breast fat transfer, nipple reconstruction and correction, as well as performing mastectomy procedures. He currently practises at the Oxford-based The Manor Hospital and at the private Genesis Care, which is also based in Oxford. 

Mr Remoundos, who treats both men and women for various benign breast conditions, notably completed a bachelor's degree in medicine at the prestigious University of Cambridge in 2003. He then went on to successfully undertake his specialist higher surgical training in Oxford, as a general surgeon, specialising in breast surgery. 

He is an expert when it comes to both breast reconstruction and breast conservation following breast cancer surgery, and his experience with both procedures was significantly enhanced during his TIG fellowship at the Leeds-based St. James' Hospital, as well as a fellowship in the Oxford area beforehand. He has published an extensive amount of peer-reviewed articles, with a particular focus on the effective use of One-Step Nucleic Acid Amplification (OSNA) for the comprehensive analysis of sentinel nodes in breast cancer.
