Dr Eleanor Tillett is a leading consultant in sports and exercise medicine. Based in London, she forms part of The Spine Surgery London, and also holds an honorary NHS consultant position at University College London Hospital. Dr Tillett has a particular interest in spinal disorders, including rehabilitation and the use of image-guided injections to reduce pain. She looks after athletes at all levels who have sports injuries and also works with people who have musculoskeletal pains that limit their ability to be active for work, recreation, or day to day life.
Dr Eleanor Tillett has a specialist interest in exercise during pregnancy and managing back and pelvic girdle pain during pregnancy. Dr Tillett is the team doctor for GB figure skating and is the Governing Body Medical Advisor for the National Ice Skating Association. She has also held medical officer positions in the Team GB Olympic team and numerous other high-level sports teams and organisations.
Alongside her clinical work, Dr Tillett is also involved in teaching and research, co-organising the MSc programme for Sports Medicine, Exercise and Health at University College London.
