Dr Elena Salagean is a consultant allergist, with expertise that includes pollen allergies, skin allergies like urticaria and eczema, food allergies and intolerances, drug allergies, and anaphylaxis. Her Holistic Allergy testing clinic is based in Nuffield Health Bournemouth and in Harley Street, London.

Dr Salagean qualified from the University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Cluj-Napoca, Romania in 1986, and undertook specialist training in internal medicine, subspecialising in allergy, at Southampton General Hospital, earning her specialist accreditation in 2014.

Dr Salagean conducts allergy tests such as skin prick testing and blood tests, advises on food allergens, and offers itching management and EpiPen instructions.
