Our appt was prompt & helpfully online The session lasted 25mins when we had paid for an hour. My daughter struggles with anxiety so was offscreen in the background, more could have been done to encourage her to contribute. Comments were minimal & videos offered were criticised.

Many thanks for your review. sorry to hear that you are not happy. Dr Awad consultation is 30 minutes not 1 hour and never been one hour. We have not received any booking video consultation booking recently. We had only one patient booked a face to face consultation then asked Dr Awad for a video consultation.
