Dr Hafiz Algurafi is a highly experienced consultant medical and clinical oncologist who specialises in breast cancer, skin cancer, ovarian cancer, chemotherapy, radiotherapy, as well as immunotherapy, but to mention a few. He currently practises at the Brentwood-based Spire Hartswood Hospital, the Nuffield Health Brentwood Hospital, as well as at the oncology and radiotherapy treatment centre, GenesisCare, practising at both the Chelmsford and Cromwell locations.
Dr Algurafi successfully completed his specialist chemotherapy and radiotherapy at established hospitals such as the Royal Marsden Hospital, the Charing Cross Hospital, as well as Guy's and St Thomas' Hospital. He is the current breast and gynaecological research lead at Southend University Hospital. Impressively, Dr Algurafi, has, to-date, treated over 1,500 breast cancer patients and 750 skin cancer patients. He has also been the principle investigator in over 25 trials for the previously mentioned Southend University Hospital.
