One occasion, 30 min wait for blood test, when told no appt needed. Discharge procedure v slow. Mr Christakis discharged me at 08:05, then a wait til 11:15 before meds arrived so I could leave.

Many thanks for the feedback and apologies for the slight delay in getting you home. We have fedback that to the discahrge team. We are also now advising patients to book their blood test in advance at a specific time slot to avoid any unnecessary waiting on the day.
