Mr Michael Fox is a consultant orthopaedic surgeon, specialising in peripheral nerve care and with valued expertise in brachial plexus disorder, thoracic outlet syndrome, and nerve regeneration, in addition to the full range of orthopaedic procedures. His private practice is with the Cleveland Clinic Hospital London.
Mr Fox graduated from the University of London in 1999 and trained at the University College and Middlesex School of Medicine. He completed the Stanmore orthopaedic surgery training rotation, and went on to undertake fellowships in France, Austria, and the USA. Mr Fox has been consultant peripheral nerve surgeon at the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital since 2008, and has also been the clinical lead of the department.
In addition to his clinical practice, Mr Fox has served as the director of medical education and a college tutor at the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital, where he also set up the simulation centre. Proudly, Mr Fox has trained many incoming orthopaedic surgeons, and spends time outside of the clinic treating injured servicemen at Headley Court and professional athletes with nerve injuries.

I was referred to Dr Fox around July 2023 by the armed forces shortly after being diagnosed with theoretic outlet syndrome.From my first consultation to my operation September 2023 Dr Fox was absolutely amazing he explained the procedure well, made me feel extremely safe in his care and went out of his own way to see me right before and after the opp in recovery.It has been a year now since the opp and I have had no issues whatsoever and I have been able to do things I would never of been able to do before.The operation he performed and the care from start to finish has changed my life as without him i am certain I would not of not been able to progress in my career so I cannot praise him enough. Because of this I would recommend Dr Fox to absolutely anyone!

I cannot speak highly enough of Michael Fox. He successfully treated my advanced Thoracic Outlet Syndrome surgically & restored a quality of life I had resigned to never having again.
Post-operative follow up appointments have been fantastic. He provides excellent care, from first consultation right the way through the recovery process.
