Mr Nikolay Peev is a distinguished consultant neurosurgeon and spinal surgeon based in Belfast. His areas of expertise include minimally invasive surgery, complex spine surgery, endoscopic surgery, traumatic brain injury, brain metastasis and primary brain tumours, as well as pain management procedures.

He consults privately at Knightsbridge Private Hospital and Ulster Independent Clinic, and also practises at Royal Victoria Hospital, within Belfast Health and Social Care Trust, since 2014.

With over 20 years’ experience, Mr Peev originally qualified from The Medical University of Varna in Bulgaria. He completed his higher specialist training in neurosurgery approved by the European Neurosurgical Board, and notably went on to several international training courses and fellowship programmes, namely in Japan, the US, and Denmark.
