Dr Nofal Khalil is a leading consultant clinical neurophysiologist in London, who specialises in all aspects of clinical neurology; nerve conduction studies, electromyography, EEG and evoked potential. He holds a particular interest in the use of nerve conduction studies and electromyography in the diagnosis and assessment of entrapment neuropathies, traumatic nerve injuries, generalised neuropathies (diabetes) motor neuron disease, primary muscle diseases and disorders of neuromuscular transmission. Dr Khalil undertook his specialist training at Massachusetts General Hospital, Harvard University, USA and then Hammersmith Hospital, where he obtained his PhD at London University, and he also obtained a diploma in clinical neurology from the Institute of Neurology. Dr Khalil practices at Hammersmith Hospitals and is honorary senior lecturer at Imperial College.
