His expertise also covers interstitial lung disease, obstructive sleep apnoea, pulmonary embolism, and post-COVID lung conditions.

In his NHS Trust, he serves as the lead for non-invasive ventilation, where he is instrumental in guiding treatment protocols and ensuring high standards of patient care. In addition to his clinical responsibilities, Dr Molanguri is an active member of the British Thoracic Society and the European Respiratory Society, reflecting his commitment to continuous professional development and collaboration within the respiratory field.
