Dr Saraf was very kind and understanding of my concerns. He took the time to talk through how I was feeling and quickly arranged for me to get some tests. I would highly recommend him to any patients.

Written outcomes aren't timely as letters sent out 2 weeks after visit and confusion around follow up appt booking. Apparently you have to chase and arrange yourself instead of being planned by doctor. Otherwise good experience.

I am sorry that you received letter late. We endeavour to send the letter out as soon as possible, preferably within a week but sometimes due to certain circumstances including secretary leave, postal delays etc this does not happen. As for arranging follow up appointment, patients usually prefer to arrange themselves depending on their convenience and availability but in future I will all ask my patients if they would like me to arrange appointments. Thanks for taking time for the feedback.
