I had a great experience at chase eye care today! I had an issue with my eyes and was told by my doctor I needed an emergency appointment, I called and booked an appointment within a few hours which was a relief! The receptionist is lovely and made me feel really comfortable, then the consultant Mr Puri was amazing! I felt totally reassured and have booked in for a regular eye test next week! I brought my demand avoidant autistic child for an eye test because the practice was recommended by Seeability. My child often struggles with heslthcare professionals, but Chase Eyecare were amazing. My daughter engaged with the eye test process and is happy to return in the future. This is a big win for me! She is consistently wearing her glasses and taking care of them which means they are definitely benefiting her. I have since had my eyes tested and health checked and the care has been calm and all my questions have been readily answered. It has been helpful to see someone who not only does eye tests like an optician but understands visual stress and light sensitivity as these are factors for myself and my child. I would recommend Mr Puri to anyone, especially individuals with differing needs or caregivers of those who fit this category.
