Dr Shereef Elmoamly is a highly esteemed consultant haematologist who brings a wealth of expertise from his postgraduate specialty training in the West Midlands Deanery and a clinical fellowship at Manchester Royal Infirmary.
His research background includes an MD in hemato-oncology and venous thromboembolism, contributing to his specialisation and leadership in complex haematological care. In his role as the chemotherapy lead for the Dudley Group NHS Trust, Dr Elmoamly’s expertise spans general haematology, malignant haematology, and venous thrombosis. At the hospital’s Georgina Unit, he manages a substantial patient load, seeing approximately 60–70 outpatients and 15–20 inpatients weekly.
