From booking, via the top doctors platform over the New Year holiday, to consultation everything was very good. I felt I had sufficient time to discuss my problem, I did not feel rushed. The outcome of my appointment put my mind at rest about my 9 week problem with my voice.

Appointment was running slightly behind but this wasn't an issue. All staff on site were friendly & welcoming. My Doctor was very professional, apologised for the slight delay. Was thorough during my examination & reassuring with diagnosis. Very happy with the service i received!
