Mr Andy Pay is THE best, the reason for my review. He carried out extensive private abdominal surgery on me at another location in 2014. His skill & expertise during surgery & aftercare were 2nd to none. 2016 wart removal v near eye now invisible! Genuinely caring & personable.

I have had two procedures and both resulted in an infection requiring antibiotics. While the treatment of the infection was successful I was disappointed that I an infection took hold on the second procedure. Can we look at this a bit more rigorously for my next procedure.

I cannot recommend Mr Pay and his team more highly. I feel I have had the very best treatment anyone could ask for. Mr Pay’s knowledge and expertise is vast and he is able to describe his findings and actions in a succinct and understandable way. Each consultation is carried out in both a professional and compassionate manner - and as others have mentioned, his humour is most welcome.! I had both a SCC and a BCC removed from my face in February 2023 at the Derma Clinic in Reading. The SCC required a wide incision and local flap reconstruction. The healing and the outcome has been quite remarkable. My scar is barely noticeable to anyone who doesn’t know me, and friends/family have to look closely to really see it. I have followed his and his team’s advice regarding after care and this has paid off. As well as Mr Pay I must thank one of the nurses, Julia, for her absolutely superb after care. I couldn’t have got through such a nerve racking experience without her knowledge and kindness. I am very grateful to have been in such superb hands.
