I was worried about seeing a consultant for my problems as they were personal and not nice to talk about. But he put me at ease straight away with his positive manner. He took time to carefully listen to my issues. Treatment was performed sensitively with good care.

Very professional and cheery manner, explains things clearly in layman terms. He quickly establishes empathy to put at you at ease. I asked for him for specifically for my treatment following positive experience by my wife Marina Hosgood for recent treatment by him.

I selected Dr Arun based on reviews I had seen online, and he entirely lived up to my expectations. He was clear with me at our first outpatient what treatment was necessary and added on a colonoscopy to rule out any serious conditions. The procedure was conducted perfectly.

I went to Mr Arun for a second opinion and although I have to wait for the result of tests before Mr Arun is able to give me a diagnosis, he is a very kind and compassionate Consultant. I wished he’d been my Consultant from day one.
